Flexible Pricing For Your Unique Needs

 

We provide as much or as little service as you need and each package can be customized to fit your business. Each level includes an accounting team of Certified ProAdvisor Accountant and junior bookkeepers that will regularly update your books, expense code, make corrections, and reconcile your bank, credit cards and loan statements.  QBO Subscription Level determine what the scope of services we provide with each package.  Whether you want monthly service or a one time job, we are happy to review your account and provide a quote. 

*Cleanup and catchup work* is billed HOURLY. If you would like a quote on  your project, please feel free to contact our office. Once the project is completed, we are happy to offer a fixed fee for monthly service. 

1. Monthly Fixed Fee:  We offer monthly fixed fee billing. This makes it easier to estimate your costs and you know what you will pay each month. 

2. Hourly Rate: If you’re not sure about a monthly fixed rate or just need a couple hours here or there, we are happy to quote you $75 per hour for bookkeeping service or $50 per hour for Veteran and Non Profit bookkeeping service. 

3. FT or PT Staff: Think of us as your bookkeeping office down the street. The internet makes its easy. If you are in need a  Fulltime or Parttime Bookkeeper and/or Accountant to add to your financial team, without the office space and overhead, we got you covered. We provide a dedicated team member to service your accounts. 

 

Bookkeeper Service ranges from $400+-$1000 monthly depending on volume and number of bank, credit card, and loan accounts. 
Additional Services can be added on after a consultation to discuss your needs.

Growing Business

  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation for 3 bank accounts or credit cards with <200 transactions per month.
  • Process AP vendor invoices < 100 per month
  • Prepare customer invoices <100 per month
  • Standard system reports Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
  • Quarterly Review Meeting

Base starts at $700 per month and will range depending on # of accounts, transaction volume, and 3rd Party App integration discussed in consult.

  • 1-5 Employees Semimonthly on direct deposit with 401K submission and W2s mailed is $350 per month approx.
  • 1-5 Employee Biweekly w/Checks and timecard calculations is $425 per month approx.
  • Every Payroll is based on # of employees and frequency and what you need.

Training & Support

Did QuickBooks trick you into thinking the program setup was a breeze, easy to use, and all you do is put in your numbers and it’s correct? I think you probably found out that you will need a good foundation in the basics of using the program features, following best procedures on getting data in the system, and what it really takes to make the bookkeeping be a good reflection of your business operations.
Training is done in person or via online Zoom meeting. You won’t need to leave the comfort of your home or office.

This is great a great place to start learning how to enter your data and double check if your books are setup correctly. Plus, we answer the hard questions! 2 hour customized to your business.

  • Teaches the basic QuickBooks daily operations (checks, deposits, invoices, bank reconciling).
  • Work with your data and paperwork so you know what to do when you leave here.
  • Review your chart of accounts, workflow process, and system setup with you to make sure it works for your business.

Small Business Support Services

Notary Public Service

We can help with your notary public needs in Anchorage. Notarize all your important documents in our midtown location.
  • State of Alaska Notary for notary service, acknowledgements and jurats.
  • Common forms: Wills, deeds, contracts, affidavits
  • Standard services $15 per document. $10 for each additional document.

Mail Pickup

Going out of town for a trip or just need mail picked up and scanned to you? Don’t let it pile up or miss an important deadline.

  • We pickup your mail at the local Post Office in ANCHORAGE. 
  • Open, Scan and upload to secure server for you to access.
  • We can also sign for packages and certified mailing with approval.

Scanning & Electronic Doc Organization - $65+/mo

Don’t want to waste time taking picture or your receipts or trying to get them loaded into QBO? Just stuff them in the envelope and mail or drop off at our office.

  • We will scan and upload them to your preferred file sharing service. 
  • Receipts are renamed using your client initials, vendor name, date, invoice # and amount.
  • Pricing starts at $65 a month up to 300 receipts

Accounting and Office Procedure Manuals

Many offices do not have a written Procedure and Operating Manual. We will help with the creation and updates for your office staff and owners.
